Aloe fosteri - forms a 15" tall x 2' wide trunkless specimen composed of thick, fleshy green leaves, adorned with small white flecks and occasionally horizontally banded with silver. Each leaf is also edged with attractive orange-red spines. The rosettes are topped, starting in mid-September for us, with stunning 4' tall spikes of bright orange tubular flowers tipped in yellow.
